Health and wellness approach!


My recovery is still yet to be done for my stroke,but my self education and love has taught me this so far …

The common belief in today's society is that when you get sick, depressed, diagnosed with an illness, etc you need to see a doctor or a therapist.


However, a doctor will only reach the surface and temporarily treat the problem (in most cases) But... to reach the core issue, you must seek within. Meaning you must look beyond the physical.


What does it mean to look beyond the physical?

This is a good question. It simply means to go beyond the sickness, soreness,condition, etc. Find out why it happened to you. What lesson is your body and mind unraveling to you? Moving forward…

how to manifest health by seeking within. Rather than putting your trust in someone else, trust in your intuition. Once you believe in yourself and see how your body is reacting you may find seeing a doctor or a therapist will actually benefit you later on throughout recovery.


The truth is, good health is incredibly complex, and there are lots of tiny tweaks you can make to your daily habits in order to help you live longer, and with more energy, focus, and happiness. Simple lifestyle changes may seem small, but they can lead to big improvements to your health.

What is your subconscious mind? It's a part of your brain which stores your beliefs, thoughts, feelings, emotions and experiences. Therefore, whatever you're experiencing (positive or negative) will register in your subconscious mind. If you're not careful on what you feed your subconscious, your reality can and will affect your body.


The responsibility of maintaining a healthy and age-resistant body is entirely within our hands.


  1. Get 7–9 hours of sleep every single night.


If you have trouble getting to sleep, use calming essential oils, eat sleep-promoting foods, or try learning from your sleep patterns.


  1. Drink water like it’s going out of style.


It’s impossible to overstate how important staying hydrated is. Drinking enough water will lead to more energy, better skin, and maybe even weight loss.




  1. Make time to make love.


Do you really need reasons to jump on this one? Orgasms, it turns out, are good for your brain, immune system, sleep, and more. Friendly reminder: a partner is great, but you don’t need one to reap the health benefits of sexual satisfaction.


Figure out what truly works for you. Find things that don’t feel like a chore, or a task, or aren’t otherwise overwhelming in any way. Consider how you can commit to giving yourself time to very literally just do you. Whether you set aside that solo time right when you wake up in the morning, or you take a midday break, or even if you decide to make it an evening ritual, set a goal for yourself to maintain this practice as a regular part of your routine.


And then, with this little bit of attention to your own self-care, the fog will lift. You’ll feel more connected to yourself and the world around you. You’ll delight in small pleasures, and nothing will seem quite as difficult as it did before.
