I am not always going to be around and neither are they.

In the grand symphony of life, love and loss compose the most poignant melodies, while planned goodbyes resonate as the harmonious notes that truly matter. Understanding that time never stands still amplifies the significance of every fleeting moment, infusing life with a profound sense of movement and magic.

Embracing the wonder of life's journey, even amidst farewells, allows us to navigate the twists and turns with grace and gratitude. Each goodbye becomes a poignant reminder of the depth of our connections and the richness of our experiences. So, let us cherish love, honor loss, and embark on the ever-unfolding adventure of life with open hearts, embracing the beauty and mystery of where it leads us.

I think in life, when we're fully in the moment of grace and love, we have moments of stillness that deplete us. We think nothing is unstoppable, and that's great, other than the fact that time doesn't actually stop; it just continues on while we live in the moment.

Friends come and go, new relationships start, and parents get older.

Things change so rapidly around us, and yet we don't see that movement until we stand clear in still motion and see. Without the clouds covering the sun, the material things we think we need, and the stuff that, from my perspective, matters more in life than some, you can argue that case with me, and that's fine. I'm not right nor wrong, just a different outlook.

The thing is that we're not going to be around forever, and the people and things we love are also not. People die, pets pass away (yes, I said the D word - death), but why is it that word so mundane and we must not talk about it?

Or how is it that we go through life, and some believe in the afterlife and some don't? I think death can be a beautiful thing if you can understand to a certain point of why, when, and you can believe that you may see that love again in another form or the same.

In life, just because you can't always see something doesn't mean that it's not there and untrue. I believe in the mundane, spirits, and life beyond what we know. I believe in love at first sight, connection, and energy in healing.

This entire rant is based on the fact that one moment in life can be just perfect, and the next you're on your toes thinking, "shit! I need to make a decision, maybe it's goodbye, did I do a good job?" Life is crazy, unexpected, and messy, but hell, it's also love and soulful - like looking at the stars and being grounded by planting your feet in the sand.

Don't let life pass you by, make sure you're living it. Make phone calls instead of texts, do those drop-ins and visits, take that drive, and fall hard for someone. The worst that will happen is you'll tell yourself you didn't take the chance or had no time.

Practice Self-Care Regularly: Self-care involves taking deliberate actions to improve your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. This can include activities like meditation, exercise, spending time in nature, or engaging in hobbies you enjoy. For myself that is writing and singing. Regular self-care can help reduce stress, improve mood, and increase overall well-being.

Maintaining a Healthy Lifestyle: Eating a balanced diet, staying hydrated, getting enough sleep, and exercising regularly are all essential for maintaining good mental health. A healthy lifestyle can improve mood, increase energy levels, and reduce the risk of developing mental health disorders. I know some days are harder and we need that extra push and that is also OK!

Stay Connected: Maintaining strong social connections with friends, family, and community can have a positive impact on mental health. Social support can provide a sense of belonging, reduce feelings of isolation, and improve overall mental well-being. When using social media platforms make sure it's not to disconnect because of boredom.

Manage Stress: Stress is a normal part of life, but chronic stress can have a negative impact on mental health I managed to live with it while life passed on. Learning to manage stress through techniques like deep breathing, mindfulness, or time management can help reduce its impact and improve mental well-being. My safe haven is spin class, writing and being in nature.

Seek Professional Help When Needed: If you are struggling with your mental health, it's important to seek help from a mental health professional. Therapy, counseling, or medication can be effective in treating mental health disorders and improving overall well-being. Just be aware there is nothing more destructive and powerful than your mind. You can prevail and win at what your heart desires and feels.

Maintaining good mental health is important because it can impact every aspect of your life. Good mental health can improve relationships, increase productivity, and enhance overall quality of life. Taking care of your mental health can help you cope with stress, overcome challenges, and enjoy life to the fullest.
